Shipping policy

All IN-STOCK purchases are guaranteed to be shipped within 10 days of purchase. PRE-ORDERED items will be shipped within 5 months of purchase. All orders are shipped through USPS and shipping prices reflect USPS pricing. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after the product has been shipped, please contact USPS. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please reach out to us at duende.designss@gmail.com and we will work together toward a solution!
